Frequently asked questions
What does the platform cost on top?
Platform cost is paid directly from you to the provider — we don't take a markup. MailerLite starts around NOK 110/month for small lists. Klaviyo starts around NOK 220/month. Pricing scales with list size but stays low until the list grows large.
How often do we send?
The monthly package includes one finished campaign per month. That's usually the right pace: enough to keep the list warm without driving unsubscribes. If you want to send more often, extra campaigns are NOK 750 each.
I don't have any subscribers yet. Does this still work?
Yes. The setup includes an opt-in form and popup on your website that collects new subscribers from day one. If you already have a customer base (Shopify customers, contact form, manual list), we import it. We'll guide you on list building during the first months.
What if I'm not satisfied?
If we haven't sent and confirmed the first campaign within 30 days, we refund the setup in full. After the first send, the monthly service runs without lock-in — cancel with 30 days notice whenever.
Can I switch platform later?
Yes. The list, templates and content are yours. Want to move from MailerLite to Klaviyo (or the other way)? We handle the migration as a separate project.
Who owns the list?
You. Always. The account is registered to your business, the list lives in your account, and you can export it whenever. We operate the service — we don't gatekeep it.
