Client Data
When we develop websites, apps or AI solutions for clients, we may process personal data on behalf of the client. This is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between Eplep.ai and the client.
Storage and Deletion
- Contact form data is stored for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry, up to 12 months.
- Client data is deleted within 30 days after the agreement ends.
- Analytics data is anonymized and stored for up to 26 months.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request that your data be deleted
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
