Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sparkdeck Cards ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Sparkdeck Cards is a mobile application developed by Eplep.ai. More than 1200 conversation questions for dates, parties and family dinners. Twelve categories range from light icebreakers to deep conversations, and three intensity levels let you decide how personal it gets. Work Mode removes intimate questions for professional settings. You can save favorites, create collections and write your own cards. The app is available in Norwegian, English and Spanish.

Data

Storage

Your data is stored locally on your device. Eplep.ai does not receive app content through Sparkdeck Cards.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• Backing up your data
• Any activity that occurs through your use of the App

Purchases and Payments

Payment is processed through Apple's App Store. The purchase in Sparkdeck Cards is a one-time purchase with no subscription, so there is nothing that renews or needs cancelling. It is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on new devices.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Sparkdeck Cards, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Eplep.ai and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App. It is processed locally, and Eplep.ai does not receive or store it through Sparkdeck Cards.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPLEP.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
