Privacy Policy – Sparkdeck Cards

Introduction

Eplep.ai ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Sparkdeck Cards mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains which data the app processes, where it is stored and which information Eplep.ai receives.

Information We Collect

Data You Provide

• Custom conversation cards
• Favorites
• Collections and their card references
• Language, appearance and session-length settings
• Local statistics, including viewed cards
• Onboarding status
• Any active session
• Cached Premium status for the interface

The app reads the one-time purchase status through StoreKit to show the correct access.

Automatically Collected Data

None. Sparkdeck Cards collects no usage statistics, crash reports or device data.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information unless you contact us directly
• We do not track your location (unless the app requires it for core functionality)
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files

How We Use Your Data

• To provide the app's features and remember your choices

Data Storage

Device and iCloud

Your data is stored on your device. Sparkdeck Cards does not sync to iCloud, and we operate no servers that receive your data.

Your data is also included in the device's regular iCloud backup, so it follows you to a new phone. The backup is encrypted and lives in your own Apple account, and we have no access to it.

Local data is deleted when you uninstall the app or use the data deletion feature.

Data Retention

• Data on your device: Retained until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:

• Access – Request a copy of your data
• Rectification – Request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure – Request deletion of your data
• Portability – Request your data in a portable format
• Object – Object to processing of your data

Eplep.ai does not receive the app content listed above. Access, export and deletion of local data therefore happen directly in the app.

Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time. Open Profile > My Data and choose "Delete My Data".

The action removes everything Sparkdeck Cards has stored on the device. Uninstalling removes the same local data.

From the same location, you can export the local data in a machine-readable format before deleting it.

If iCloud Backup is turned on, a copy may remain in the backup until a newer backup replaces it. That copy is encrypted and lives in your own Apple account, and we have no access to it. To remove it as well, delete the backup under iCloud in your device settings.

Deleting app data does not remove the purchase history Apple retains for payment and restoration.

Children's Privacy

Sparkdeck Cards is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Effective Date" above.
