Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Undercurrent ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Undercurrent is a mobile application that combines passive data collection with manual inputs and on-device AI to reveal hidden patterns in your daily life, including mood, energy, friction points, and decision outcomes.
Account and Data
Undercurrent does not require you to create an account. Your data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and backing up your data.
Subscriptions and Payments
Free Features
The basic version includes: daily mood/energy check-ins, friction logging, basic charts (7-day history), levels 1–5, and a basic heat map (current month).
Premium Subscription
- Monthly: 49 NOK/month
- Lifetime: 449 NOK (one-time purchase)
Premium includes: AI insights, all levels (1–20), Life Check reviews, full heat maps, PDF export, widgets, decision journal reviews, and unlimited history. Payment is processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple Support.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose, reverse engineer or decompile the App, remove proprietary notices, use the App to harass others, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the App's functionality.
Intellectual Property
Undercurrent, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Eplep.ai. You retain ownership of any content you create within the App.
Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Undercurrent is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. AI-generated insights are based on statistical correlations and may not always be accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eplep.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend your access for conduct that violates these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
