Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MythMaker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

MythMaker is a mobile application that:

• Records and transcribes dream descriptions
• Analyzes dream content for symbols and patterns
• Generates personalized narrative stories
• Tracks recurring themes in your dreams

User Accounts

Account Creation

MythMaker does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device.

Account Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time using the "Delete Account" feature in the app's Profile section.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Features

The free version of MythMaker includes:

• Unlimited dream logging
• Basic dream analysis
• Up to 3 story episodes
• 2 story genres

Premium Subscription

Premium subscription unlocks:

• Unlimited story episodes
• All 5 story genres
• Full Personal Mythology insights
• Priority story generation

Pricing

• Monthly: $6.99 USD
• Yearly: $49.99 USD

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their App Store policies.

User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in MythMaker, including:

• Dream recordings
• Dream descriptions
• Generated stories

License to Us

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services. This processing occurs entirely on your device.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the App to:

• Record content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others

Intellectual Property

Our Property

MythMaker, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Eplep AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Remove any proprietary notices
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

Disclaimers

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Stories or insights will be accurate or meaningful

"As Is" Basis

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eplep AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eplep AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the App
• Is illegal or fraudulent

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Eplep AI regarding your use of MythMaker.
