Eplep.ai ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Advisorium mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

• Decisions you log in the Regret Minimization tool
• Session history and conversation content

Automatically Collected Data

• Device type and operating system version
• App usage statistics (anonymized)

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information unless you contact us directly
• We do not track your location
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files

How We Use Your Data

• To provide AI advisor conversations through the Anthropic Claude API
• To save your session history and decisions locally
• To improve the app functionality
• To fix bugs and improve performance

Third-Party Services

Anthropic (Claude API)

Your messages to advisors are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing: https://www.anthropic.com/privacy

We do not store your conversations on our servers. Messages are sent directly to Anthropic and responses are stored locally on your device.

Apple Services

• App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
• StoreKit: For subscription management

Data Storage

Local Storage

All your data (sessions, decisions, preferences) is stored locally on your device. This data is deleted when you uninstall the app or use the Delete Account feature.

No Cloud Sync

Advisorium does not sync data to the cloud. Your conversations and decisions remain on your device only.

Data Retention

• Local data: Retained until you delete the app or clear app data
• API requests: Processed in real-time, not stored by us
• Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data

Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

• In-app: Go to Profile → Delete Account
• Uninstall: Deleting the app removes all local data

Children's Privacy

Advisorium is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Effective Date" above.
