Eplep.ai ("we", "our", or "us") operates the You Two mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

- Daily mood and energy ratings (1-10 scale)
- Life area satisfaction ratings during periodic reviews
- Optional notes you add to check-ins or reviews
- App preferences and settings
Health Data (Optional)
If you grant permission, we may read the following from Apple HealthKit:
- Sleep data (duration, quality)
- Step count
- Heart rate variability (HRV)
This health data is used solely to correlate with your mood and energy patterns. We do not write any data to HealthKit.
Automatically Collected Data
- Device type and operating system version
- App usage statistics (anonymized)
- Crash reports and performance data
Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, email, or contact information unless you contact us directly
- We do not track your location
- We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files
- We do not read your calendar (planned for future versions with explicit consent)
How We Use Your Data
- To provide daily check-in and life review features
- To generate AI-powered insights about your patterns
- To create visualizations (heat-maps, trends) of your wellbeing over time
- To fix bugs and improve performance
- To understand how users interact with the app (anonymized analytics)
AI Analysis
You Two uses artificial intelligence to analyze your data and provide insights. This includes:
- On-device analysis: Basic pattern detection happens on your device, keeping your data private
- Cloud analysis (Premium): For advanced insights, anonymized data may be processed on secure cloud servers
We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Data Storage
Local Storage
Your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is encrypted by iOS and protected by your device passcode.
iCloud Sync (Future Feature)
If you enable iCloud sync in a future version, your app data will be stored in your personal iCloud account. This data is:
- Encrypted by Apple
- Only accessible by you
- Synced across your devices
- Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
We do not have access to your iCloud data.
Third-Party Services
Apple Services
- App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
- HealthKit: For optional health data integration
- StoreKit: For subscription management

AI Services (Premium)

- AI analysis data: Processed data is not stored permanently on our servers

Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time:
- In-app: Go to Profile → Delete Account
- Uninstall: Deleting the app removes all local data
- PDF Export: Export your data before deletion if you want to keep a copy
Children's Privacy
You Two is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Effective Date" above.
