Welcome to Unjam. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unjam, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Unjam is a personal development app that provides curated experiences ("Sparks") to help users break their routine and try new activities. The app offers:

• Free tier: Access to 10 Sparks
• Premium subscription: Unlimited Sparks, personal notes, and full history access

3. User Accounts

Unjam uses anonymous iCloud authentication. You do not need to create a separate account. Your data is associated with your Apple ID and iCloud account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions:

• Monthly: 29 NOK per month
• Yearly: 149 NOK per year

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iOS Settings under Subscriptions.

Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5. Free Trial

If offered, any free trial period will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use Unjam only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Unjam, including Spark descriptions, icons, and design, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Unjam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any specific results will be achieved from using the app
• The Spark activities are suitable for everyone

Safety Note: Some Sparks may involve physical activity or new experiences. Always use common sense and consult professionals if needed. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from activities suggested in the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Unjam after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using Unjam at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
