Unjam ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services:
- Activity Data: Your Spark completions, ratings, and preferences are stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud if enabled.
- Subscription Information: Purchase and subscription status is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.
- Device Information: Anonymous usage data may be collected through Apple's App Analytics if you have opted in through iOS settings.
How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to:
- Provide personalized Spark recommendations based on your preferences
- Track your progress and history within the app
- Sync your data across your Apple devices via iCloud
- Manage your subscription status
Data Storage and Security
All your personal data is stored:
- Locally: On your device using Apple's secure SwiftData framework
- In iCloud: If iCloud sync is enabled, data is stored in your private iCloud container, encrypted and accessible only to you
We do not have access to your iCloud data. Apple's security measures protect your information.
Third-Party Services
Unjam uses the following Apple services:
- CloudKit: For optional data sync across devices
- StoreKit: For subscription management
- Local Notifications: For reminders (only if you enable them)
We do not share your data with any third-party advertising or analytics services.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: View all your data within the app
- Delete: Remove all your data using the "Delete Account" feature in Profile settings
- Control: Disable iCloud sync in iOS Settings at any time
Children's Privacy
Unjam is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date.
