Eplep.ai ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Offloop mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

• Addiction tracking data (type, amount, timestamps)
• Personal notes and triggers you choose to log
• Mood selections
• Coach mode preferences
• Risk time settings

Health Data (HealthKit)

If you grant permission, we access:

• Sleep data (duration, quality, sleep stages)
• This data is used locally to personalize your tapering plan

We do NOT upload your HealthKit data to any server. It stays on your device.

Automatically Collected Data

• Device type and operating system version
• App usage statistics (anonymized)
• Crash reports and performance data

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information unless you contact us directly
• We do not track your location
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files
• We do not sell or share your health data with third parties

How We Use Your Data

• To provide personalized tapering recommendations
• To track your progress and streaks
• To send helpful notifications at risk times
• To improve the app functionality
• To fix bugs and improve performance

Data Storage

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync, your app data is stored in your personal iCloud account. This data is:

• Encrypted by Apple
• Only accessible by you
• Synced across your devices
• Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy

We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Local Storage

If you do not use iCloud sync, all data is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

HealthKit Data

HealthKit data is never uploaded to our servers. It is:

• Read locally on your device
• Used only to calculate personalized recommendations
• Never shared with third parties

Third-Party Services

Apple Services

• App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
• iCloud: For data synchronization (if enabled)
• StoreKit: For subscription management
• HealthKit: For sleep data access (with your permission)

• Local data: Retained until you delete the app or clear app data

Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

• In-app: Go to Profile → Delete Account
• iCloud: Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → Offloop → Delete Data
• Uninstall: Deleting the app removes all local data

Sensitive Data Handling

Offloop handles sensitive health-related information. We take this seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We never sell your data
• We never share your data with advertisers
• Your addiction tracking data is private to you

Children's Privacy

Offloop is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Effective Date" above.
