Terms of Service for Hitover

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Hitover ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Hitover is a free mobile application that provides access to local news, events, businesses, hiking trails, and cultural heritage sites for Norwegian municipalities and regions.

User Content

Submissions

You may submit tips and events through the App. All submissions are subject to moderation before publication. By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share the content
• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

Moderation

We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any submitted content at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Hitover, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Eplep.ai and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Content Rights

Content displayed in the App (news, events, business listings) is owned by the respective content creators and publishers. The App provides access to this content with their permission.

Disclaimers

"As Is" Service

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Content will be accurate, complete, or current
• The App will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPLEP.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Termination

By You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eplep.ai regarding the App.
