How does Fading work?

Each day, Fading presents a thoughtfully crafted question about experiences that matter. You answer with how recently you last did it. Your answers become stars in a constellation that reveals the shape of your life.

Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not sync to any cloud service. Your reflections are completely private.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Profile and tap "Delete All Data" at the bottom. This permanently removes all your answers and settings. You can also delete the app to remove all data.

What does Premium include?

Premium unlocks unlimited constellation history, up to 3 questions per day, pattern analysis and insights across 8 life categories.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Profile and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, find Fading, and tap Cancel.

I lost my data after reinstalling. Can I recover it?

Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the app permanently deletes your data. We recommend keeping the app installed to preserve your constellation.

How do I change my notification time?

Go to Profile and adjust the notification time under the Notifications section. You can also disable notifications entirely.
