Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Convocards ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Convocards is a mobile application that provides conversation cards and questions for social settings. The app offers categories, intensity levels, and features to help users have meaningful conversations.

Account and Data

No Account Required

Convocards does not require you to create an account. Your data is stored locally on your device.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• Backing up your data
• Any activity that occurs through your use of the App

Purchases and Payments

Free Features

The basic version of Convocards is free to use with:

• 50 conversation questions
• All 12 categories
• All 3 intensity levels
• Work Mode
• Favorites
• Custom questions
• Sharing

Premium Purchase

• Premium features require a one-time purchase of NOK 39
• Premium unlocks all 1200+ questions, Collections, and export features
• Payment is processed through Apple's App Store
• This is a non-consumable purchase - pay once, own forever

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084

Content

Our Content

The conversation questions provided in Convocards are created and owned by Eplep.ai. Some questions may contain mature themes intended for adult audiences (17+).

Your Content

You retain ownership of any custom questions you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store your content solely to provide the App's functionality.

Content Guidelines

When creating custom questions, you agree not to create content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
• Contains explicit sexual content
• Promotes violence or harm
• Infringes on others' intellectual property

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your premium purchase with others through unauthorized means

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Convocards, including its design, features, questions, and content, is owned by Eplep.ai and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of any custom questions you create within the App.

Disclaimers

"As Is" Service

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements

Social Interactions

Convocards provides conversation prompts only. We are not responsible for:

• How users interpret or respond to questions
• Social outcomes from using the questions
• Any misunderstandings or conflicts arising from conversations

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPLEP.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eplep.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

By You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Norwegian law, except where prohibited by law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eplep.ai regarding the App.
