By downloading, installing, or using Bygdami ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Bygdami is a mobile application that provides local information about Norwegian villages, including news, events, businesses, and hiking trails. The app serves as a community portal for residents and visitors.
Bygdami uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. By signing in, you agree to Apple's terms and allow us to receive your Apple User ID and optionally your name and email.

The basic version of Bygdami is free to use, including browsing news, events, businesses, and hiking trails.
Premium features may be introduced in future versions. When applicable:

Hiking trail information is provided for guidance only. Before hiking:
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur while hiking.
Cached maps are provided for convenience but may not reflect current conditions. Always carry backup navigation methods.
You agree NOT to:
Bygdami, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by Eplep.ai and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create within the App. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App and related marketing materials.
The App may display content from businesses, contributors, and other sources. This content remains the property of its respective owners.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that:
Information about businesses, events, and services is provided by third parties. We do not verify all information and are not responsible for inaccuracies.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPLEP.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eplep.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Norwegian law, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eplep.ai regarding the App.
